Firelord Kaern will drop this periodically during the fight. You cannot attack them and they do not move, but they cast an AE called Hot Magma that will deal 950-2500 heat damage.

Needless to say, if several of these land in the same area with overlapping areas of effect, and you are inside that area, you will not last very long.
