Curse Flames

Named drake found in Icy Keep: Retribution. He is level 92 epic x4.

During combat with him, ice drake hatchlings will spawn from nearby eggs once every minute. He also will curse everyone within a radius of about 10 meters by reducing their effective level by 9. This curse is able to be predicted by sudden flames coating him.

Once he is covered in flames, he will be rooted for a short amount of time. While he is rooted, he also has a damage shield.
