You must be at least Level 29 to receive this quest.

To get this quest: You have to talk to Jaro (Rdb). He will ask several questions about Nalin (Rdb). Take the first answer to each and when he stops talking hail him again to get the quest. There will not be a yellow ! over his head.

Go to Foxtrack Cave and get an Ice Crystal (Rdb),and give it to Nalin (Rdb).
