Talk with Tityus in Theobomos at Jamanok Inn once you have reached at least Level 49. Description Level 50 Vison the Drakie Collect Bloodwing Meat (PW/AA) and lure Vison. Bloodwing Meat (25) (PW/AA) Basic Reward XP † 52,500

Quest Notes

The objectives are backwards. You must go talk to Vison first, then kill the Bloodwings. The Meat is a common drop.

According to the patch notes for 1.5.1.11, "the Quest Tracker now updates to tell you that you need 25 bloodwing meat. Should I take that personally? -Bludwyng".
