Veteran Rewards (Aion)

Veteran Rewards are goodies you receive for longevity. They are a thank-you from the publisher to those that have been with the game for a time.

To claim a Veteran Reward:

  • Go to the My Account page, and login
  • Choose the Aion account,on the right, that you have earned the rewards on.
  • Under "Actions", choose "Apply In-Game Items"
  • Select the Server and Character to give the rewards to. Veteran Rewards are available to every character you have on every server, once each.
  • Select the reward package to give, and confirm, then confirm again
  • Your rewards are mailed to you, via the in-game mail system, and usually arrive in seconds. They are sent by Shugo Express, so you can click on the package icon by your minimap and a Shugo courier will appear to deliver your packages! (You can also pick them up at any mailbox, of course.)

The time period is a calendar month, regardless of how many days are in the month, so if you started playing on launch day, 9/22/09, your rewards will be available on the 22nd of each month, thereafter.
