Sadua sold the crown to a mage named Shimmer who said he was headed to Snowhorn in Ystra Highlands. Go there and find him, or what is left of him, and get the crown.

Find the Mage's Corpse at 64.9, 69.1 and get the crown.

This is a sub-quest of Carfcamoi's Treasure.
