Talk with Hibrion in Eltnen at Eltnen Fortress once you have reached at least Level 20. Description Level 21 The Price of Titanium Collect Titanium Ore for Hibrion. Titanium Ore (20) Collect pieces of Titanium Ore, and take them to Hibrion so he can make weapons. Basic Reward XP † 5,000
