I believe I should return the Pocketwatch (Rdb) to it's owner, now. That would be Tooda, the "Old Turtle Lady".

When you return it to her, she calls it her "Ely Nausicaa", which confirms that Tooda is, in fact, Elsbeth, daughter of Huck and Ely Nausicaa, washed ashore after being swept overboard in a storm, found and raised by the Chelons. See The Story of the Black Mary for more.
