The Plague (WAR History and Lore)
From the statue in the center of Grimmenhagen Village run directly east and you will see a house full of plagued farmers guarded by two Griffon War Strikers (One is guarding the path, one is holding the farmers at bay with his spear). Approaching the house will grant you the unlock.
