The Path of Sigmar - Part Three (WAR History and Lore)  

Keep following the road from The Path of Sigmar - Part Two. To your right you should see another Statue of Sigmar, although it is not the typical wooden shrine at 4.3k/47k. The next Roadside Plaque you need to interact with is sitting at the foot of the statue.
