The Maiden Guard (WAR History and Lore)
This unlock is actually located inside Grimwater, the High Elf chapter 11 camp. Behind the middle building, at the base of the ridge that rises behind the tower, you will find a shield called the Maiden's Guard.
Interacting with this shield, whose coordinates are approximately 62k/8.9k, will grant you this unlock.
