The Grand Conclave (WAR History and Lore)  

This unlock is well inside the RVR area, so if you are over-leveled for Tier 3 RVR, be prepared to be chickened!

This unlock lies just southeast of the walls of Hallenfurt Manor , the battlefield objective. Look for a scroll case labeled Letter to the Order of Luck lying in the snow on the embankment. There is a fallen horse and rider a few feet away from the case, both of their heads point toward its location at 52k/64k.

Interact with the Letter to the Order of Luck to trigger the unlock.
