Talk with Kistenian in Beluslan at Camp Kistenian after completing Frozen Ghosts. Description Level 38 The Freezing Orb Send Priest Esekiel (PW/AA) back to the flow or Aether, then take the Orb of Coldness and bring it to Kistenian. Freezing Orb (1) (PW/AA) Basic Reward XP †
