The Burglars
Left to right: Rothgar on vocals, Dustaine on bass lute, Blingo, on thunderous drum, and Edvan on lead mandolin!
Their first hit, "The Last Train From Orcsville," stayed at number one for over a season.
Getting all the airplay, their latest single is "The Ballad of Keltuk Ironstein"[1]
In the midst of a world tour, the lads are currently in a limited Brew Day engagement at The Bar of Brell. Missing 'em would be a crime!
Their manager, Colonel "Mutt" Fiddletwang
Allakhazam's Bludwyng: What do you say to stories that you have been overheard actually threatening Burglar cover bands with physical violence?
Colonel "Mutt" Fiddletwang: I absolutely did not make such threats. It were a promise.
While Mutt would not confirm or deny rumors that The Burglars have recently been in the recording studio with Miss DoomCookie, he did admit to this reporter that, since her authorship of their recent hit, "The Ballad of Keltuk Ironstein", is well known, some kind of guest appearance or joint tour in the near future seems likely.[2]
| Brewday Also called "Brell's Day", occurs annually around March 17th. March 8th through March 19th, 2012 |
- ^ In History and Lore, Vhalen said "I have heard rumors that the Burglars, Norrath's number one rockin' band, know this song. I could be wrong, I was downing a lot of Blackburrow Stout during their set."
- ^ Jindrack posted in History and Lore, "Doomcookie wrote the ballad and she can even sing it really well too!"
