Use this template to display a small and a ref link, indicating that the statement is unverified.

Usage: {{Unverified|gameid|message|userid|date}}

All fields are optional.

gameid

EQ2, FFXI, WoW, whatever. Default is Akz.

whatever you want to say. Default is "This statement is unverified. If you can confirm or refute this, please edit the page and do so."

ZAM user id and the date

Because this template uses <ref> to create the text of the message, you must add <references> on the bottom of the page to tell it where to display.
