Public, Instanced, Dynamic, Persistent. Default is Public. City has been REMOVED. Cities are POIs, not Zones.

(switch) If not blank group progress is saved. This is for boss kills, only. Trash Mobs (solo and elite) will respawn. Players will have the choice to teleport to the room of the last boss killed.

(switch) If not blank this Instance offers an optional Easy difficulty in addition to Normal.
