Template:ROM MenuBar  

This template can be placed anywhere on a RoM page and it will replace the line under the page title with the RoM menubar. The position is set absolute so it does not care where in the wiki text you place this tag. All core templates handle the menubar themselves, as does any page that contains the {{RoM}} tag.
