Talk with Kuruminerk in Sanctum at Outer Dock once you have reached at least Level 43. Description Level 44 [Group] Steel Rake Spy Talk with Mikarinerk (at Dionysia Tavern). Deliver the documents (PW/AA) to Rabinerk, a spy on the Rake (Aion Zone)]. Basic Reward XP † 52,000  Greater Running Scroll (5) (PW/AA) Perer Aether Jelly (4) (PW/AA)

Quest Notes

Rabinerk is on the Upper Deck, reached by clicking the anchor at the end of the hallway off the Engineer's room. He will be right there, and you do not have to fight any more mobs to talk with him.
