Shallya (WAR History and Lore)
This unlock is well inside the RVR area, so if you are over-leveled for Tier 3 RVR, be prepared to be chickened!
Approach the doors to Hallenfurt Manor, but instead of ascending the staircase, take a right through the break in the wrought iron fence and make your way behind the two snow covered boulders. Between said boulders and the back wall is an unfortunate Plague Victim.
Interact with the body to trigger the unlock.
