To find this Mob in-game, use /where Sartemon the Insane

This rare mob, Sartemon the Insane, has a placeholder, Summoned Sartemon. To get the Named to spawn, kill the placeholder.

When you kill Summoned Sartemon, wait 10 minutes. If he respawns you get to kill him again. If he does not respawn, come back in one hour for Sartemon the Insane.
