You must be at least Level 50 to receive this quest.
Take the Ring of Saran (Rdb) to Prometo (Rdb)'s cave in Bloodfang Clan, use it to create a barrier, the return to Narfas in Hero's Tomb.Now the bad news... while all the Bloodfang Warrior (Rdb)s, Bloodfang Hunter (Rdb)s and their Bloodfang Running Wolves (Rdb) are easy to kill solo and totally, 100% non-social, the Bloodfang Shaman (Rdb)s are Elite and they block the way to the cave.
Now for the good news... if you are facing the Shamen at the bottom of the stairs, go left behind the tent (killing of course) and jump up and around. Kill the spiders and you are in. Walk forwards, towards Prometo until you get the message that "This looks like the place" and use the ring there.
Now return to Hero's Tomb and talk to Narfas.
