Talk with Selesti in Pandaemonium at Prosperity Road once you have reached at least Level 21. Description Level 21 Preparing the Banquet Go and collect Potcrab Meat and Slink Meat, buy Raydam Vinegar, and take them all to Selesti. The Ice Slinks are at Morheim Ice Fortress in Morheim.

Purchase the Raydam Vinegar from Daraia in the Cooking workshop of the Temple of Artisans in Pandaemonium.
