Fly through the ring behind Marana, then straight down and under the gargoyle platform, flying through the portal beneath (which turns out to be an Abyss Flight Boost Ring! Fly counter-clockwise through the "eye" of all 5 platforms, then UP! above the central platform and through the portal in the center.
