Follow Narfas to the Bloodstained Pond.The directions say: Leave Hero's Tomb, then use the Spirit Projection Stone (Rdb) to summon a projection of Narfas to lead you. She cannot leave the sacred glade.
The truth is: You have to go to the Bloodstained Pond on your own then use the Spirit Projection Stone (Rdb) to summon a projection of Narfas. If she gets too far ahead she will vanish. Just reuse the stone as soon as you are safe and follow her again.
