Click on Fairy Cultist in Merry Vale to begin this battle.

Fairy Cultists have come out of the Den of Secrets to kidnap pixies! Defeat them and their leader!

Primary:  Find a way to defeat Macannis, the Cruelist Fairy!
Don't get knocked out 10 times!
   Help: for Users • for Contributors

Tips

  • Do not attempt to attack Macannis yourself, you will only die and can do her no real harm.
  • There are four captured Fairies surrounded by Cruel Fairy Cultists and Shambler Enforcers. (need verification on this post 12/14/2009 patch!)
As you free each of these four fairies they attack Macannis and ultimately defeat her.
