Phantom Roll

Duration: 5 minutes Recast: 1 minute
Effect: Gives a buff effect to all party members in range; see below. Strength of the effect varies with the number rolled. The number IX is a Lucky Number which will also grant a stronger effect. By rolling an Unlucky Number the effect will still take place, but be slightly weaker. If a player rolls a total of XII or higher, they will Bust.
