Background

Pattna-Ottna is a member of the Master Casters and plays a small role in the Wings of the Goddess storyline. He is sent to San d'Oria to ask for aid from the Royal Knights in defending Fort Karugo-Narugo. When the Yagudo attack the fort, he helps defend the Federation of Windurst.
