You must be at least Level 1 to receive this quest.
Kill Plains Wolves until you get a Fistful of Plains Wolf Fur, then go show it to Aiman (Rdb) and encourage him to overcome his fears. To do this, just go talk to him (left side of the road, before Spore Grove, at 42.3, 74.7) and ask him about his fear of wolves. He will then run to and kill the nearest wolf, proving he is over his fear and giving you your quest update.
