Talk with Orashunerk in Morheim at Desert Garrison once you have reached at least Level 27. Description Level 28 Orashunerk's Special Order Steal Dried Ginseng and bring it to Orashunerk. Dried Ginseng (3) (PW/AA) Ginseng Cookies? Deliver the Ginseng Cookies to Embla. Ginseng Tea? Deliver the Ginseng tea to Embla? Basic Reward XP † 6,000  Unknown

Quest Notes

a rack of Dried Ginseng

The tea gives a 5 minute increase to Health and Mana Regen Rates. The cookies raise Phys Attack by 6 and Magic Boost by 30 for 30 minutes.

Deliver the tea or cookies and you get a short stack of them for yourself.

Note: I delivered the cookies and do not KNOW that the tea also goes to Embla. It is a guess.
