 Once Was Lost Defender Hammersmith motions down the hill and says,"I have heard reports that a few of our guards were injured someplace in the valley. The guards here are anxious for their return, but we cannot leave our posts to search for them. Perhaps you can be the hero this day." Quest Summary Find Defenders Pallum, Motham, and Griffonhammer within Bazad's Vale and tend to their wounds with the Dwarven Emergency Kit.
