This Place is a quest hub in the Theobomos Quest Series.

Notes

This is a full-service village with General Goods Merchant, Broker and Warehouse Keeper. There are also four Archetype/Class Administration officers that will trade Platinum Coins for very powerful weapons and armor.

Apparently the Administration Officers have been posted here so long they are out of touch with Sanctum and have not heard the proclamation changing the classification terminology for exceptional equipment.
