Description
Level 35 [Growth] Ninis's First Charm
  1. Talk to Maochinicherk in Market Street.
  2. Prepare the money for the charm, and bring it to Ninis.

Quest Notes

The XP charms you receive from this quest give 20% XP bonus for 2 hours, but they can only be used by those of Level 20 or below!

You can give them to lower-level legionmates to help them catch up, or use them yourself on an alt.
