New Talisman System

One of the first things you'll notice when you fly into the Necropolis of Zandri Warcamp is that most of the nearby vendors are Talisman Vendors. These vendors sell a new type of talisman called 'Souls'. They contain very powerful effects and can only be socketed into Land of the Dead gear. We'll have a list here of the new talisman effects shortly.
