Talk with Meliodas in Verteron at Contaminated Swamp once you have reached at least Level 16. Description Level 17 Mysterious Stones Gather Mysterious Stone Fragments from Altamia Ridge and bring them to Vascus. Mysterious Stone Fragment (7) (PW/AA) Basic Reward XP † 850  Lesser Power Shard (100)

Quest Notes

You have to click on each stone twice, sometimes, once to examine/use it, then again to loot what you found. There are only five of the stones, so you will have to run around and wait for respawns. Vascus is at Pilgrims' Respite.
