  1. Talk with Mure (at Eastern Shard of Latesran).
  2. Talk with Ganglot (at Grave of Steel).
  3. Talk with Amundi (at Island of Exile).

    To complete this quest, Siel's Eastern Fortress must be in the hands of the Elyos, as only then will the guard tower on Island of Exile be in Asmodian hands.
