Max TP Down (FFXI)

Analysis
Max TP Down is a harmful status effect that lowers a character's TP until it wears off or is removed. Example - a character with 300/300 TP could be reduced to 100/100 TP.
How to remove the effect
- Erase removes the effect.
- Dancer's Healing Waltz removes the effect.
Once removed, MP does not return to the character's original maximum (e.g. the above example would end up at 100/100 TP after removal).
