To find this mob in-game, use BACKSPACE to open the World Search window, then enter Mammoth Mother in the Search field and click "Search". Remember, the field is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown.
Calves that are attached to a Mother are considered her pet, so it you root or stun the calf, then kill the mother the calf vanishes! Be sure that the mouseover says <Mammoth Mother's Pet>.
