This quest is unlocked when you reach level 26 Description Level 31 Looking for Leibo Talk with Scoda. Go to Ishalgen and talk with Munin. Go to Pandaemonium and talk with Kasir. Talk with Lyeanenerk. Go to Reshanta and find Lugbug. Use the Temporal Stone to activate the Artifact of the Inception. $*You must have a Temporal Stone to complete this step Basic Reward XP † Abyss Points Reviving Elemental Stone (1) Manastone: Maximum Flight Time +4 (1)

Quest Notes

Munin tells you that Kasir is in the Secret Library. Also, he says you need to acquire a Temporal Stone. You can make this or buy it. Speak to Oubliette to enter the Secret Library section of the Temple of Knowledge (requires prior completion of Secret Library Access).

Lyeanenerk is at the Airship Dock.

Leibo Island is at the exact center of the Lower Layer of Reshanta. It is not marked on the map. Just fly straight out, stay level, and you will see it when you get near. It would be a good idea to make sure you have some Wind Serum. You will need a Temporal Stone to activate the artifact when you get there, so be sure to make or buy one. Price varies from server to server but is usually somewhere between 80,000  and 190,000  .
