If there is a harder place to get to in this game, I am sure I do not know it. At the level of the quest, Fragment of Memory, you probably cannot reach the island without the use of flight time potions, and you better use them early so you have enough time to use it twice.

This islands only features are the Leibos (sorta like Ascended Spriggs) and the Artifact of the Inception.
