Land of Eternal Summer (WAR History and Lore)
This one is a bit tricky to find due to its small size. You are looking for A Bone-Dry Stein located just off the west side of the road at 8.2k/51k. It sits right at the base of a large tree, and interacting with it will grant you the unlock.
