KOS (abbrev.) - Kill On Sight
Abbreviation common among gamers, referring to a Mob that is aggressive to you and will attack you the moment you come within its Aggro Range.
In games that include Faction as a game mechanic you can often work to improve your faction with the particular mob so that you are no longer KOS to them.
