All three items must be collected while the Phase Transformation Enhancement is on you (30 minutes) or you will not be able to touch them. If you lose the enhancement just return to Gunefo and he will reapply it.
After you turn in the quest, three Rowdies show up and make noises about "violating sacred ground" and such, then a fourth man, Black Swordsman (Rdb), announces that he is involved. The three rowdies take fright and run away.
