You must be at least Level 50 to receive this quest.
Pick White Glory x10 (Rdb) near Hero's Tomb, then enter the tomb and leave the flowers, conveying William's respect and longing for his master.The tomb is in the eastern building, at 39.9.50.6,
When you have placed the flowers (by clicking on the tomb), Narfas appears and asks you to try to persuade William to move on. "The person he is waiting for no longer needs him to wait..."
He understands Narfas words, but will not go.
