Talk with Adhis in Morheim at Alsig Village once you have reached at least Level 32. Description Level 33 [Spy] Homecoming of the Soul Find the Soul of the Daeva that was sent to Eltnen and take it to Adhis. Quest Notes

Your best bet for which Rift to take is probably B (Desert Garrison to Sataloca's Tomb, max lvl 32) or E (Arkanis Sky Temple to Kyola Temple, max lvl 40). Any of the others would put you in a less ideal (or impossible) position for getting to the Desert.
