To find this mob in-game, use BACKSPACE to open the World Search window, then enter Holy Rune Priest in the Search field and click "Search". Remember, the field is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown.

The Holy Rune Priest can heal himself (Incantation of Restoration) to full health. He can do this repeatedly unless you have a skill that can interrupt his heal. There is a cooldown so if you can pour on the DPS you can catch him between heals.
