Quest Notes

"Gellar" is the night-time personae of Ragenon Souleater. He appears in the Patema Ruins, along the road west of Jeiaparan Village, atop a hill just east of the Decayed Grove. Ragenon is a Level 43 5-dot Elite, but Gellar is Level 41 5-dot Normal. Both are surrounded by Level 41 2-dot Vicious Specters. Ragenon spawns at 8am game-time.
