You must be at least Level 50 to receive this quest.
Help Namidas (Rdb) "cleanse" the monsters at the entrance.tell namidas you are ready to go and he will walk to the tunnel.
When you get to the middle of the tunnel 4 Bloodstained tar Beasts will appear and attack him. Get them off Namidas as fast as possible or he will break the encounter and go back to Narfas. You can hail him there and start it over again until you figure out how to get them off him, then beat on them until he can cleanse them.
But... he can't. They are too strong. You will get the quest update and then he will call the retreat and run off, ending the encounter. Return to his normal place and talk to him to complete the quest.
