Talk with Aerope in Eltnen at Agairon Village after completing Isson's Betrayal once you have reached at least Level 32.
Description
Level 33 Flowers for Isson
  1. Collect Ruko and bring them to Aerope.
  2. Take the Bouquet (PW/AA) to Isson's Grave.
  3. Talk with Aerope.

    Isson's Grave is on the southwest side of the Village, just up the path into Kuriullu Pass.
