Description
Level 35 [Growth] Flora's First Charm
  1. Talk to Erdos.
  2. Prepare the money for the charm, and bring it to Flora.

Quest Notes

The XP charms you receive from this quest give 20% XP bonus for 2 hours, but they can only be used by those of Level 20 or below!

You can give them to lower-level legionmates to help them catch up, or use them yourself on an alt.
