	To Start: Speak to Snorg in The Mother Lode Quarry. Snorg says,"As your final challenge before being accepted into the Mining Guild, you'll need to locate, mine, and return with a number of valuable gems. Here is the list of what you need. Good luck! " Prove yourself in this final challenge to locate rare gems, and you'll be inducted to the Mining guild! This is a Search quest.  Membership is required to begin this quest. This quest will advance the Miner job.

As a miner, locate and mine many rare gems for Snorg at the Mother Lode quarry. Mine amethyst - (0/5) Mine fire agate - (0/5) Mine garnet - (0/5) Mine malachite - (0/5) Mine ruby - (0/5) Give the gems to Snorg Collect your reward from Snorg

Tips

• You do NOT get credit for any gems already in your possession. You must 'mine' them after receiving the quest.
• The gems can only be harvested by playing the 'Rich Mining' mini-games, many of which are Member only.
• Amethyst comes from Rich Iron Mining, which can be found near Farnum's Farm and sprinkled about the southern Wilds.
• Fire Agate comes from Rich Gold Mining, which can be found in the NW section of Bristlewood as well as in Briarheart.
• Garnet comes from Rich Tin Mining, which can be found north of Merry Vale and around the Pixie Nursery.
• Malachite comes from Rich Copper Mining, which may be found near Dartmoor Quarry and south of Snowhill.
• Ruby comes from Rich Silver Mining, which can be found from the area outside Blackspore Swamp, as well as sometimes in the swamp.
